City of the Future
The Artist, David Keochkerian, lives in Somme, France. He has a PhD in human physiology and works in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He’s been practicing photography for 5 years now, although he fell into the cauldron when he was a child: his father is now a retired photographer. He grew up with the smell of chemicals and the shutter snap and purr of his roller transport print processor. “I like to capture the fleeting, the subtle, the beautiful, the
rare, the spectacular, the staggering… to reveal how the daily and the ordinary can be filled with enthusiasm.” His work is very heterogeneous. He uses and associates many photographic
techniques (DRI, HDR, panoramic, vertorama, long exposure), image renditions (color, B&W, infrared) and different themes (landscape, macro, light-painting, architecture, industry).
