Returns & cancellations

Any order marked as released/shipped cannot be cancelled. Once released to ship, if delayed by the freight carrier(s), that order is considered shipped. 

Merchandise can be returned under limited circumstances; however customer service needs to be notified with 2 days of receipt, a restocking fee of 25% will apply and the return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with us prior to placing your order to learn if a restocking fee will apply.

Upon receipt of the return and item inspection, refund determination will be based on the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once released to ship, if an order is delayed by the freight carrier(s), that order is considered shipped.

Important: any order, once shipped, cannot be cancelled. if the delivery is refused – the customer shall be responsible for freight / shipping both ways.

Any LTL Freight shipments can not be refused or the customer is responsible for return freight costs. 

Any order that arrives damaged or has any issues, customer must notify American Home Furniture within 2 days of receipt. Photos of the item(s) and detailed description of the issue should be sent by email to inquiries@americanhomefurniture.com.

Please note that items ordered from our "sale" section are final sales and cannot be returned.

Damaged parts - If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please email inquiries@americanhomefurniture.com. We may be able to help resolve the problem without requiring a return of the item. We will be happy to inquire about replacement for parts that may have been damaged. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective parts to facilitate processing of the replacement parts. This helps us to identify the parts that may have been damaged and to expeditiously resolve your problem.

Remorse - American Home Furniture does not accept returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction. Many of the products on our site are skillfully hand crafted with variations in color, size and finish making these irregularities an important part of the elegance and beauty of the products.
 
As always our customer service team is always able to answer any questions regarding a product prior to purchase, for detailed information such as, dimensions/measurements, material and installation instructions.

Charges & refunds

Customer authorizes, understands and agrees that all charges, balances, taxes and fees as outlined in the order summary can be charged on credit card provided at time of sale.

Customer will be responsible for all applicable taxes regardless of the amount quoted on this web site at the time the order is placed. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. American Home Furniture will honor price adjustments for up to 14 days after date of sale.

Availability, prices and delivery are subject to change. We make every effort to provide accurate product information, however errors may occur. Therefore, product availability, descriptions, specifications and pricing are subject to change, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of any items.
